The answer, while they're still asking.
Meetingly listens to your meeting or interview and puts the right answer on your screen the moment a question lands. Nobody else on the call can see it.
Free during beta. No sign-up, no API keys. Mac and Linux are on the way.
Two things happen during a call.
It listens the whole time. It speaks up only when a question needs an answer, or when you ask.
Meetingly listens to the conversation
Your microphone and the other side of the call are transcribed live, with speaker labels, in ten languages.
When a question lands, it answers
The reply is written the way you would say it, with your background in mind. Or press CtrlAlt↵ to ask about your screen.
Invisible to everyone but you.
No bot joins the call. Nothing is installed in the meeting app. The windows are excluded from screen capture by the operating system itself.
Share your whole screen in Zoom, Meet or Teams. The other side sees your screen without Meetingly on it.
Meeting recorders and screenshot tools get the same blank spot.
The toolbar stays on top but never steals your cursor or keyboard from the call.
Drag the toolbar next to the participant you're talking to, or nudge it with the keyboard.
Words appear while the person is still talking. Speaker labels come with them.
Measured from the moment the speaker pauses to a complete reply on screen.
Transcribe in one, answer in another. English, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Japanese and more.
Runs where your meetings run.
Works with every meeting app, because it never touches the meeting app.
macOS
System audio on macOS 13 and newer. Hidden from capture.
In testingLinux
Microphone and monitor sources. Capture hiding is not offered by Linux desktops.
In testingQuestions people ask first.
Does the other person know?
No. Nothing joins the call. Meetingly runs on your computer and the operating system keeps its windows out of screen sharing and recordings on Windows and macOS.
Do I need my own API keys or an account?
No. Download, open, press Listen. An account is optional: it syncs your settings, prompts and meetings between computers and lets you read them in the browser.
Where does my audio go?
It streams to our transcription provider and is discarded after transcription. Questions and transcript context go to the AI model to produce answers. Meetings stay on your computer unless you connect an account. The privacy policy has the full list.
Is it free?
Yes, during beta, with fair-use limits of 400 answers and five hours of audio a day. Paid plans will be announced before the beta ends and beta users hear first.
Is using this allowed?
That depends on where you use it. Many interviews and exams prohibit outside help; check the rules you agreed to. Meetingly is a tool, and how you use it is your responsibility. See the terms.

Beta builds are not yet code-signed, so SmartScreen warns on first launch. Click "More info", then "Run anyway". Signed builds are coming.
