Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Meetingly desktop application, the Meetingly account service at account.meetinglyai.com, and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by AI Prime Tech ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Meetingly is a desktop assistant that transcribes audio, generates text with artificial-intelligence models, analyzes screenshots you choose to send, and stores meeting records. The Service is provided during a beta period and may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the web dashboard or by contacting us; deletion removes your synced data from our servers.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful and permitted by the rules you have agreed to. In particular you must not use the Service:

You alone are responsible for complying with recording laws, employer policies and the rules of any interview, meeting or examination you take part in.

4. AI-generated content

Answers, summaries and analyses are generated automatically by language models. They can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on or repeat.

5. Usage limits

Fair-use limits apply per device and per day (currently 400 answers and 5 hours of transcription). We may change the limits and may suspend devices or accounts that abuse the Service.

6. Fees

The Service is free of charge during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be published on this website before they apply to you, and the Refund Policy will apply.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to your audio, transcripts, prompts, notes and meetings. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you: to process your content through our transcription and AI providers and, if you connect an account, to store it and make it available to your devices. We do not use your content to train models and do not sell it.

8. Our software

The Meetingly application is licensed, not sold, to you for personal and internal business use. The source code is available under the Apache 2.0 licence; the Meetingly name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used to market a derived product.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for speech recognition and language models. Their availability and output are outside our control.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or from your use of the Service in breach of section 3. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. Sections 4, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
