Refund Policy

Meetingly is currently free during its beta, so there is nothing to refund. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid plans are introduced, so you know in advance.

1. Subscriptions

If you buy a subscription and the Service does not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not used the Service in that period.

2. Usage-based credit

Unused prepaid credit is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credit that has been consumed is not refundable.

3. How to ask

Email support@aiprimetech.io from the address on the account, with the payment reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Exceptions

We may refuse a refund where an account has been suspended for breaching the Terms of Service, or where refunds are requested repeatedly in a way that indicates abuse.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
